This illumination text (“Illumination Text”) is issued by Utarit Bilişim Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in the capacity of data controller. It has been prepared by (“SoliClub”) in order to inform our users about their processed personal data as a relevant person, pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification and other relevant legislation.

 

Your contact data (e-mail address and phone number) will be processed and commercial electronic messages will be processed by SoliClub as a service provider within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages dated 15 July 2015. electronic messages will continue until you exercise your right to refuse.

 

Your consent to send commercial electronic messages is considered as your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time and without any limitation, within the scope of paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law. In addition, your contact information will be transferred to the Message Management System for the purpose of informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, based on the legal reason "explicitly stipulated in the laws" in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law.

 

You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights set forth in Article 11 of the Law on the processing of your personal data, “regulating the rights of the person concerned”, to SoliClub in accordance with the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Your consent to send commercial electronic messagesLaw No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data(“KVKK”), it is accepted as your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time and without any limitation within the scope of paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law. In addition, your contact information, in order to provide information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, is included in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law.

It will be transferred to the Message Management System based on the legal reason "explicitly stipulated in the laws".
